These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Orbyte, operated by RDBI LTD ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Orbyte, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Orbyte.

1. Use of Orbyte

Orbyte is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may use the game only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the game except where permitted by law.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Use cheats, bots, automated tools, or unauthorised software with the game.
• Attempt to interfere with advertising services, purchase systems, leaderboards, or other technical features.
• Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit Orbyte or its assets without permission from RDBI LTD.
• Use the game in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.

2. Intellectual Property

Orbyte, including its software, source code, artwork, characters, logos, user interface, game mechanics, designs, audio, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to RDBI LTD unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Orbyte for its intended purpose.

3. In-Game Content and Virtual Items

Orbyte may include virtual items and progression systems such as:

• Coins.
• Hearts.
• Unlockable content.
• Skins or cosmetic items.
• Power-ups or bonuses.
• Other virtual rewards or currencies.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Virtual items cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between users, or redeemed outside the game.

We may change, rebalance, add, remove, or modify virtual items, rewards, progression systems, prices, or gameplay mechanics as part of updates to Orbyte.

4. In-App Purchases

Orbyte may offer optional in-app purchases.

Purchases made through the Android version of Orbyte are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's payment terms and policies.

RDBI LTD does not directly process or store your payment card or banking information.

Google may provide limited transaction information necessary for us to confirm and provide purchased content.

Unless otherwise required by law, virtual items purchased or obtained within Orbyte have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Refund requests may be subject to Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Advertising

Orbyte may display advertisements through third-party advertising services.

Advertisements may include:

• Rewarded advertisements.
• Interstitial advertisements.
• Banner advertisements.
• Other supported advertising formats.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for external websites, products, or services promoted through those advertisements.

Your interactions with advertisers are between you and the relevant advertiser or service provider.

6. Rewarded Advertisements

Orbyte may allow you to voluntarily view advertisements in exchange for in-game rewards.

These rewards may include:

• Coins.
• Hearts.
• Bonuses.
• Revives.
• Other in-game benefits.

Rewards are provided only within Orbyte and have no real-world monetary value.

Technical problems, connectivity issues, advertising availability, or third-party advertising systems may occasionally prevent an advertisement from being completed or a reward from being granted.

7. Leaderboards and Online Services

Orbyte may include online functionality such as leaderboards or services provided through Google Play Games.

Where these features are available, scores or related game information may be submitted to third-party services.

You agree not to manipulate, falsify, or artificially increase scores through cheats, exploits, modified software, or other unauthorised methods.

We may remove or disregard scores that appear to have been obtained through abuse, exploitation, or unauthorised modifications.

Third-party leaderboard and account services are also subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers.

8. Game Progress and Saved Data

Orbyte may store gameplay information locally on your device.

This may include:

• High scores.
• Coins.
• Hearts.
• Settings.
• Unlocked content.
• Progression information.

We do not guarantee that locally stored game data can always be recovered.

Game progress may be lost if you:

• Delete the application.
• Clear the application's stored data.
• Change devices.
• Reset your device.
• Experience hardware or software failure.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any available backups.

9. Updates and Changes

Orbyte may be updated from time to time.

Updates may include:

• New content.
• Gameplay adjustments.
• Balance changes.
• Bug fixes.
• Performance improvements.
• Changes to rewards, purchases, or virtual items.
• Changes to advertising or online services.
• Removal or alteration of existing features.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Orbyte where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that every feature, item, reward, game mode, or online service will remain available permanently.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Orbyte available and functional, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

The game may occasionally become unavailable because of:

• Updates.
• Technical problems.
• Device compatibility issues.
• Network problems.
• Third-party service outages.
• Changes to Google Play or advertising services.
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

• Google Play Games.
• Advertising providers.
• Payment providers.
• Operating system services.
• Device manufacturers.

Your use of these services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third-party provider.

RDBI LTD is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or performance of third-party services.

12. Privacy

Your use of Orbyte is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected and processed through Orbyte and any third-party services used by the game.

You should review the Privacy Policy before using Orbyte.

13. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Orbyte where reasonably necessary, including where a user:

• Violates these Terms.
• Attempts to manipulate or exploit the game.
• Uses cheats or unauthorised software.
• Manipulates leaderboard scores.
• Engages in fraudulent activity.
• Attempts to interfere with the game's systems or third-party services.

Where technically possible and appropriate, we may also reset or remove in-game progress or leaderboard results obtained through abuse or exploitation.

14. Disclaimer

Orbyte is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that Orbyte will:

• Always be available.
• Operate without errors or interruptions.
• Be compatible with every device.
• Preserve all locally stored progress.
• Maintain every online feature indefinitely.
• Remain unchanged indefinitely.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RDBI LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of Orbyte.

This may include loss of locally stored progress, virtual items, leaderboard results, or access caused by technical issues, device failure, network failure, or third-party service outages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

16. Age Requirements

You should only use Orbyte if you are legally permitted to do so in your country or region.

If you are under the age at which you can legally agree to these Terms, you should use Orbyte only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising purchases and use of the game by minors under their care.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes may be made to reflect:

• Updates to Orbyte.
• Changes to advertising or online services.
• Changes to third-party providers.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Changes to how the game operates.

The updated Terms will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be changed accordingly.

Continued use of Orbyte after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those changes where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on consumer rights or legal protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
