Terms of Service for Pixel Plane

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Pixel Plane, operated by RDBI LTD ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pixel Plane, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Pixel Plane.

1. Use of Pixel Plane

Pixel Plane is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may use the game only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

Attempt to hack, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the game except where permitted by law.
Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
Use cheats, bots, automated tools, or unauthorised software with the game.
Attempt to interfere with servers, advertising services, purchase systems, or other technical features.
Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit Pixel Plane or its assets without permission from RDBI LTD.
Use the game in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.

2. Intellectual Property

Pixel Plane, including its software, source code, artwork, characters, logos, user interface, game mechanics, designs, audio, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to RDBI LTD unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Pixel Plane for its intended purpose.

3. In-Game Content and Virtual Items

Pixel Plane may include virtual items such as:

Coins.
Plane skins.
Upgrades.
Power-ups.
Unlockable content.
Other virtual rewards or currencies.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Virtual items cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between users, or redeemed outside the game.

We may change, rebalance, add, remove, or modify virtual items, progression systems, prices, rewards, or game mechanics as part of updates to Pixel Plane.

4. In-App Purchases

Pixel Plane may offer optional in-app purchases.

Purchases made through the Android version of Pixel Plane are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's payment terms and policies.

RDBI LTD does not directly process or store your payment card information.

Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play may be subject to Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

Purchases may provide access to virtual content or features within the game.

Unless otherwise required by law, virtual items purchased or obtained within the game have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Advertising

Pixel Plane may display advertisements through third-party advertising services, including Unity Ads.

Advertisements may include:

Rewarded advertisements.
Interstitial advertisements.
Banner advertisements.
Other advertisement formats supported by the game.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or external websites, products, or services promoted through those advertisements.

Your interactions with advertisers are between you and the relevant advertiser or third-party provider.

6. Rewarded Advertisements

Pixel Plane may allow you to voluntarily view advertisements in exchange for in-game rewards.

Rewards may include virtual currency, revives, bonuses, or other gameplay benefits.

Rewards are provided only within Pixel Plane and have no real-world monetary value.

Technical issues, connectivity problems, advertising availability, or third-party advertising systems may occasionally prevent a rewarded advertisement from being completed or a reward from being granted.

7. Game Progress and Saved Data

Pixel Plane may store game progress locally on your device.

This may include:

High scores.
Currency.
Unlocked plane skins.
Settings.
Progression.
Other gameplay information.

We do not guarantee that locally stored game data can always be recovered.

Game progress may be lost if you:

Delete the application.
Clear the application's data.
Change devices.
Reset your device.
Experience hardware or software failure.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any available device backups.

8. Updates and Changes

Pixel Plane may be updated from time to time.

Updates may include:

New content.
Gameplay changes.
Balance changes.
Bug fixes.
Performance improvements.
Changes to virtual items.
Removal or alteration of existing features.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Pixel Plane where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that every feature, game mode, item, reward, or service will remain available permanently.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Pixel Plane available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The game may occasionally become unavailable because of:

Maintenance.
Updates.
Technical problems.
Device compatibility issues.
Third-party service outages.
Changes to Google Play or Unity services.
Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Third-Party Services

Pixel Plane may rely on third-party services, including:

Google Play.
Unity Ads.
Operating system services.
Payment providers.
Device manufacturers.

Your use of those services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third-party provider.

RDBI LTD is not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or content of third-party services.

11. Privacy

Your use of Pixel Plane is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected and processed through Pixel Plane and third-party services such as Unity Ads and Google Play.

You should review the Privacy Policy before using the game.

12. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Pixel Plane where reasonably necessary, including where a user:

Violates these Terms.
Attempts to manipulate or exploit the game.
Uses unauthorised cheats or software.
Engages in fraudulent activity.
Attempts to interfere with the game's systems or third-party services.

Where technically possible and appropriate, we may also reset or remove in-game progress obtained through abuse, exploits, or unauthorised modifications.

13. Disclaimer

Pixel Plane is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that Pixel Plane will:

Always be available.
Operate without errors or interruptions.
Be compatible with every device.
Preserve all locally stored progress.
Remain unchanged indefinitely.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RDBI LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of Pixel Plane.

This may include loss of locally stored game progress, loss caused by device failure, third-party service outages, or interruption of access to the game.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

15. Age Requirements

You should only use Pixel Plane if you are legally permitted to do so in your country or region.

If you are under the age at which you can legally agree to these Terms, you should use Pixel Plane only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising purchases and use of the game by minors under their care.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes may be made to reflect:

Updates to Pixel Plane.
Changes to third-party services.
Legal or regulatory requirements.
Changes to how the game operates.

The updated Terms will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be changed accordingly.

Continued use of Pixel Plane after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those changes where permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on consumer rights or legal protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
